Report a page

Last updated: 8 October 2026

If you see something on livelinks that is illegal, harmful or breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, please tell us. You do not need an account to report, and we will not tell the page owner who reported them.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. For non-emergencies, contact the police on 101. If you have found child sexual abuse material, report it to the Internet Watch Foundation. If a child is being sexually abused or groomed online, report it to CEOP (the National Crime Agency's child protection command). Please do not copy, screenshot or send us child sexual abuse material; just give us the page address.

1. How to report

Press the button below. It opens an email to Livelinkuk@outlook.com with a short form already filled in. Add the reason and details, then send it.

Email a report

If the button does not open your email app, send an email to Livelinkuk@outlook.com with the subject "Report a livelinks page", using this template:

Page URL: livelinks.me/

Reason (for example: illegal content, child safety, harassment or hate, scam or phishing, impersonation, adult content without an 18+ warning, self-harm, someone's personal information, misleading badge, other):

Details (what is wrong and where on the page):

You can also use the small Report link at the bottom of any livelinks page, which fills in the page address for you.

2. What to include

  • The page address, for example livelinks.me/username.
  • The reason: which rule you think is broken, or why the content is illegal or harmful.
  • The details: which part of the page (for example "the third link" or "the profile picture") and anything else that will help us understand the problem, such as a link to where it leads.
  • If you are reporting on behalf of someone else, or the content is about you (for example impersonation or your personal information), say so.

We use the information in your report, and your email address, only to look into the report, reply to you and keep a record of what we did. See our Privacy Policy.

3. What happens after you report

  • We aim to review reports within 48 hours. We look first at reports that suggest a risk to children or someone's safety.
  • We check the page against the law and our Acceptable Use Policy, and decide what to do. That might be no action, asking the owner to change something, removing content, switching on the 18+ warning, disabling the page or closing the account, and, where appropriate, reporting the matter to the police or other authorities.
  • Where we can, we will reply to tell you what we decided. Sometimes we cannot share the details, for example to protect someone's privacy.
  • We keep a record of reports and the action we took.

4. Complaints and appeals

If your content or page was removed or restricted, or your account was suspended or closed, and you think we got it wrong, you can appeal. Email Livelinkuk@outlook.com with the subject "Appeal", your username, what was affected and why you think the decision was wrong. We will look at it again with fresh eyes, taking into account anything new you tell us, and let you know the outcome. If we find we made a mistake, we will restore what we can and put it right.

You can also complain to us if you think we have not dealt properly with a report you made, if you think we have not followed our own rules or the law (including the Online Safety Act 2023), or if you are concerned about how we use tools to keep livelinks safe. Email Livelinkuk@outlook.com with the subject "Complaint". We aim to acknowledge complaints and appeals within 48 hours and to give you a response as soon as we can.

Complaints about personal data can also go to the Information Commissioner's Office (see our Privacy Policy).
